The purpose of NABS as set out in our Bylaws:
The purpose or purposes of the Association shall be to enhance the quality of life
for Members by offering or providing educational information; to provide access
to goods, services and discount benefits by using the buying power of all Members,
and to exercise all the powers conferred upon corporations formed under the Missouri
Nonprofit Corporation Act.
The Association is committed to providing a prestigious membership service providing
benefit in keeping with a Member's expectations, and our representatives will
work with the Members in an effort to ensure the very best value is received from
Membership. However, the Association cannot and does not warrant that any of the
services provided by the Association will meet a Member's present or future
needs or requirements or will be complete, error free, or wholly accurate or will
be delivered without interruption, fault or error. Services provided by the Association
are provided "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty whatsoever, express or
implied. The Association arranges for services provided by third parties, and any
warranty is provided only by those third party service providers.
